Stress is the body’s reaction to changes telling your body that you need an adjustment or response with physically, mentally and emotionally.
Stress is a normal part of life, and these day many events happening to and around you put stress on your body. Stress can be positive, keeping us alert and ready to avoid danger. Stress becomes negative when a person faces continuous challenges without relief or relaxation between challenges.
Without relief continuous stress can lead to a condition called distress, which is a negative stress reaction leading to physical symptoms including headaches, upset stomach, elevated blood pressure, chest pain, back pain and problems sleeping, and even metal symptoms such as depression.
